At Shree Laxmi Jewellers, every piece of jewellery is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure the highest quality. As our products are precious jewellery items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been delivered.

All purchases made through our website are final.
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:
Change of mind
Incorrect product selection
Personal preferences
Any other reason other than those covered under our Exchange Policy
Exchange Policy
We only offer exchanges under the following circumstances:
1. Damaged Product
If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Include your order number.
Provide clear photographs and/or a video showing the damage.
Our team will review your request and, if approved, arrange an exchange.
2. Size Exchange
If you require a different size for an eligible jewellery item, you may request a size exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please note:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
All original packaging, tags, certificates (if applicable), and invoices must be included.
Size exchanges are subject to availability.
Any additional resizing charges or shipping costs, where applicable, will be communicated before processing the exchange.
Exchange Process

Our team will review your request and provide exchange instructions if eligible.
Securely pack the product with all original packaging and documentation.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the exchange subject to approval and product availability.
Shree Laxmi Jewellers reserves the right to decline exchange requests if the returned item:
Shows signs of wear, use, or damage caused after delivery.
Is returned without original packaging or supporting documents.
Does not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy.
