Return Policy

• Items must be returned within 7 days of the purchase date.
• Products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
• Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.

2. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item.

4. Shipping: Ship the item back to us at the address provided in the return instructions. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
